Middle Harbour Yacht Club
Middle Harbour Yacht club located at The Spit in Mosman, Sydney, increased the size of the marina by 28 berths to 103 total berths for members vessels. Located in over 90ft of water with a wave design height of 2.5m, this project presented the customer with several extreme engineering challenges.
AP&M was engaged to assist with all aspects of Planning, Feasibility, Structural design, Tender Scope and evaluation, Project Management and Superintendent duties.

Royal Motor Yacht Club - Port Hacking is located in Gunnamatta Bay commenced a redevelopment of their 64 berth Marinas.

Leichhardt Rowing Club
Leichhardt Rowing Club is located in Iron Cove off the Parramatta River in Sydney's Inner West. A replacement rowing pontoon was designed to accomodate the needs of the rowing activoites that have shaped this club since 1886.
AP&M provided all Structural design, approvals and Project Engineering for this unique potoon system.
